Inside, the building provides a glimpse into the past with old school desks, blackboards, maps and more, invoking a typical classroom of the early 1900s. Yet the kitchen is modern with new appliances and can be used for warming food and as a staging area for caterers.

Outside, the expansive waterfront lawn makes a picturesque setting for an outdoor event, with a commanding view of Pickering Passage as a bonus.

What’s included

  • Warming kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, metal prep table and large double commercial sink

  • Heating and air conditioning

  • 10 square wood tables (4x4) that seat four (inside use only)

  • 14 wooden chairs (inside only) and 52 folding chairs

  • Long buffet table (2-1/2 x 8 feet)

  • Garbage removal

NOTE: WIFI and Smart TV can be available for an extra charge on a case-by-case basis

What we do NOT provide

  • Tables and chairs for outdoor events

  • Dance floor platform for outdoor events

  • Dishes, glasses and flatware

  • Linens (napkins, tablecloths, etc.)

  • Vendors as desired (caterer, photographer, DJ or band, florist, etc.)

  • Special Event Liability Insurance (required)

  • Applicable permits (Your caterer may be able to provide this service)

  • A getting-ready area for the bridal party
