Renting the Grant School: Fees (Non-wedding event)

Rental fees:

  • $125 — 4 hours

  • $225 — 8 hours

  • $25 each additional hour

Deposits:

  • Damage deposit — $200 (Refundable if no damage)

  • Cleaning fee — $60 (Non-refundable)

How to rent the Grant School:

  • Fill out Facility Rental Request Form (see button below)

  • The Pickering Community Club treasurer will notify you if your request has been approved and will send you a Rental Agreement by email.

  • Return the rental agreement, with appropriate rental and deposit fee, as directed.

  • Provide a certificate of liability insurance to the Pickering Community Club Treasurer at least 7 days prior to the event.
    (Include liquor liability coverage if serving alcohol and a banquet permit or liquor sales license.)

  • Your caterer must provide a certificate of insurance and a catering license to the Club treasurer 14 days prior to event.
