Renting the Grant School – Wedding FEES

Rental fees:

  • $2,500 — Includes 8 hours the day of wedding, 4 hours setup the day before, and 4 hours of take-down and cleanup the day after.

  • Each additional hour — $350

Rental fee does not include rental of tables, chairs, tents, tablecloths, etc.
Rental feeincludes ADA-compliant portable restrooms

Deposits:

  • Damage deposit —$500 (Refundable, if no damage)

  • Cleaning fee — $120 (Non-refundable)

Additional Fees(non-negotiable):

  • Onsite event coordinator — $1,500 (up to 24 hours); $60/hour thereafter

Your Grant School onsite event coordinator provides expert support to help make your wedding a success. Services include:

  • Day-of logistics:Helping you determine the timeline and vendor flow for your event. On the day before, and day of your wedding the coordinator will be there to ensure everything runs smoothly, including managing your rehearsal plans.

  • Vendor coordination:Helping with setup and deliveries on the day before and after your wedding.

  • Floor plan creation: Creating a floor plan for your ceremony and reception spaces is no easy feat! Your on-site coordinator can help you work with the venue and determine an appropriate setup to share with the vendor team.

Please note: Your onsite wedding venue coordinator is not the same as a wedding coordinator.

  • Parking attendants — $100 (for arriving guests)

  • Garbage service

  • Penalty for overage on guests — $100 per person

    Total base price: $4,970 (More payment detail available in Rental Agreement)

  • Contact the Pickering Community Club’s wedding coordinator and PickeringCC1914@outlook.com

  • Upon approval of request by the wedding coordinator, fill out the wedding rental agreement.

  • Mail the rental agreement and a check for the fees and deposit amounts to the club treasurer.

  • A certificate of liability insurance is due to the club treasurer at least 14 days before the event.

  • Include liquor liability coverage if serving alcohol and banquet permit or liquor sales license.

  • A certificate of insurance and a catering license from a caterer or vendors is due to theclub treasurer at least 14 days before the event.
